Are the membership fees a recurring charge?
Yes. Members will pay the annual cost (auto-renewal) every year for access to the respective membership program. No termination fees, no hidden costs.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership from your member portal at any time. Your benefits and access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, then it will not be renewed. Membership fees are non refundable.
How do I become a member?
Add the membership of your choice to checkout. You'll then be prompted to either create an account or sign in to your existing Davis account.
How do I login and redeem my store credit?
You have to sign in to your Davis account to access your membership benefits. At checkout, you'll be able to redeem your store credit.
Can I request a refund for my membership?
All purchases of memberships are final and cannot be refunded. You can cancel your membership auto-renewal from your account portal at any time. If canceled, your membership will remain active until 12-months from the original date of purchase.
