Who is eligible to become a dealer?
We partner with established retailers who maintain physical storefronts or warehouse facilities for traditional fulfillment. For qualified partners unable to stock inventory, we offer a selective dropship program that upholds our commitment to service excellence. Both programs maintain strict quality standards to ensure every official receives the premium experience they expect from Davis dealers.
What is the typical lead time for order fulfullment?
We pride ourselves on efficient fulfillment. Orders under 50 units process within one business day, while larger orders process within two business days. For expedited drop shipping, orders placed before 2:00 PM CST ship same day.
What are your minimum order requirements?
While we don't require minimum quantities per order, authorized dealers maintain their status by purchasing $1,000 in inventory annually. This flexible approach allows you to order what you need, when you need it.
What are dealer payment terms?
To maintain efficient operations and competitive pricing, Davis does not offer credit terms. All orders require payment before fulfillment via credit card, ACH, or wire transfer.
Is there a MAP policy?
Davis maintains a strict Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy to protect our brand value and our dealers' competitive position. All authorized dealers must adhere to MAP guidelines across every sales channel. We actively monitor and enforce these policies to ensure a level playing field for our retail partners.
Do you support international dealers?
Yes, we welcome international partnerships and evaluate each opportunity individually. Special terms apply for international dealers. Contact our internal sales team to discuss your market.
Can I sell Davis products on Amazon and other third-party marketplaces?
Davis maintains exclusive control over all third-party marketplace presence, including Amazon, to ensure consistent brand representation and customer experience. We believe in partnerships that deliver the personal service and expertise our officials deserve through your own retail channels.
Are there any freight programs?
Dealers are responsible for shipping costs. We offer highly competitive UPS rates, or you may ship using your own carrier account. Select booking programs throughout the year may include special freight terms.
