Just as officials make the right calls with confidence, we stand firmly behind every product we sell. At Davis, we uphold the same high standards in our customer commitment that we expect from our gear. We're confident you'll be satisfied with your Davis gear, but if it doesn't meet your expectations, our guarantee is as straightforward as the rules of the game: return any product within 90 days of purchase for a full refund if you're not completely satisfied. This guarantee applies exclusively to purchases made on davisofficials.com. Our guarantee reflects our professional standards - clear, fair, and without complication. Please note that some special conditions do apply.

Special Conditions
Just as every game has its rules, our guarantee comes with certain conditions. While we stand behind every product we sell, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, even within the 90-day period, in the following situations:
- Damage from misuse, abuse, improper care, negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
- Excessive wear and tear beyond normal use.
- Damage or loss due to fire, flood, or natural disaster
- Products with missing, defaced, or altered labels
- Soiled or contaminated products
- Products exposed to smoke from any source
- Products purchased through third-party sellers (items purchased from authorized dealers must be returned to them directly and are subject to their return policies)
- Customized or altered products, including but not limited to: hemming, added numbers, patches of any kind, or direct embroidery that are specifically marked as non-returnable.
- Cases where our Return Policy has been habitually misused
- Products ending in .98 which are final sale or sold in the Outlet
- Gift cards
Exchanges
All of our products carry a 90-day exchange window, with the exception of items noted under our special conditions. Checkout+ is optional for $3.49, which includes free exchanges and priority processing. Standard exchanges incur a $10.00 fee. Exchanges from Alaska or Hawaii my incur higher fees. For damaged/defective items please contact us directly.
Returns
All of our products carry a 90-day returns window, with the exception of items noted under our special conditions. Checkout+ is optional for $3.49, which includes free returns and priority processing. Standard returns or exchanges incur a $10.00 fee. Returns from Alaska or Hawaii my incur higher return fees.
