Our Guarantee

We're committed to getting your order to you quickly, so we fulfill most orders the same day when placed before 2:00pm CST, and orders with expedited shipping methods ship the same day when placed before 2:30pm CST.

Orders under $150 ship as low as $4.99, while orders $150 and over ship free. Please note that some special conditions do apply, such as orders containing special or made-to-order items, which ship based on provided lead times.

Where do you ship from?
All of our order are shipped from Appleton, Wisconsin unless otherwise noted.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders placed before 2 PM Central Time typically ship the same business day, Monday through Friday. Custom orders, alterations, and made-to-order items follow the specific timeframes listed on their product pages. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends.

Please note that orders cannot be partially shipped. They will be dispatched only when all items in the order are available and ready for fulfillment.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery time for your order depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Within the lower 48 states, it can take up to 7 days for your order to arrive. However, using our most economical shipping options, approximately 90% of orders are delivered within 3-5 days.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders $150+.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are determined by the products in your order including their physical dimensions, weights and packaging requirements.
What carriers do you use?
We partner primarily with UPS to ensure reliable delivery of your orders.

For select economy services or specific delivery needs, we may utilize USPS, Amazon or FedEx to provide the most efficient shipping solution.

Note: While we heavily utilize the UPS ground network, USPS may perform final mile delivery for economy shipping methods especially in rural areas.
Are shipping dates guaranteed?
Only 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air services offer guaranteed delivery dates. Standard delivery times should be considered estimates only and can vary significantly. Expedited shipping provides more reliable delivery estimates, though not guaranteed. Additionally:

- Weekend delivery is not guaranteed for any shipping method
- Select customers may qualify for economical 2nd Day delivery options, though these are not guaranteed services
- Delivery estimates shown at checkout reflect direct carrier information but are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted
I received my tracking information, but no shipping updates are showing. Why?
When you receive your tracking number, it means your shipping label has been created and your order is packed. It can take up to 48 hours after label creation for the first carrier scan to appear in the tracking system.
My package show delivered but I did not receive it. What are my next steps?
Occasionally, carriers will prematurely mark a package as delivered and it will show up 1-2 days later. If your package hasn’t shown up within a day or two of delivery confirmation, please contact us.
What if my package is lost, damaged, or stolen?
We stand behind every shipment leaving our facility:

- For packages lost or damaged during transit, we provide full coverage and will process a replacement with 24-72 hours after working with the carrier
- For packages marked as delivered but stolen, we may require a police report to process your replacement order
