How long does the process take?

Order completion times vary based on several factors: your design requirements, file readiness, current inventory levels, and season timing.

Here's what you can typically expect:

Small Group Orders (Under 18 Units)

  • 4-7 business days from order confirmation to shipping.

Larger Group Orders (18-50 Units)

  • 4-12 business days from order confirmation to shipping.

Note that these are general guidelines. During peak seasons, larger orders or for complex customization requirements, times may vary. The best way to get an accurate timeline for your specific needs is to discuss your project with our team.

What information do you need from us?

To get your order started, we need:

  • Product Selection - Specific styles or type of gear needed
  • Customization Details - Your requirements for embroidery or heat transfers
  • Logo Files - Vector files required
  • Timeline - Your target delivery date

The more detail you can provide upfront, the faster we can process your order and meet your deadline needs.

Can we rush orders?

Yes, rush processing is available at a premium. For orders of 12 items or less, we can complete production in as few as 3 business days after the order is approved.

Rush fees are dynamic based on current demand:

  • Minimum: $5 per unit
  • Maximum: $15 per unit

For example, a 20-unit rush order would have a rush processing fee between $100-$300.

What file types do you accept for logos?

We require vector files only. Acceptable file formats include:

  • Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
  • Encapsulated PostScript (.eps)
  • Scalable Vector Graphics (.svg)
  • Adobe PDF (.pdf)

Vector files ensure your logo remains crisp and clear at any size. Common image files like .jpg, .png, or .gif are not accepted as they cannot provide the quality needed for professional customization.

What products can be customized?

Nearly our entire product line can be customized with your organization's mark. From essential apparel items that your officials wear every game, to accessories like flags and ball bags that complete their kit.

What customization methods are available?

We offer a comprehensive range of customization methods to meet your specific needs and aesthetic requirements:

  • Embroidery - Direct thread embellishment
  • Patches - Including embroidered, woven, and specialty materials
  • Applique - Layered fabric designs
  • Thermal Transfers - Advanced materials offering exceptional durability and design possibilities
  • Sublimation - Designs dyed directly into the garment.
  • DTF Transfers - Extremely durable transfers designed for hard goods.

Each method offers its own unique advantages and possibilities, with numerous options within each category. During consultation, we'll help determine the best method for your specific application based on your design, placement, and performance requirements.

What are your minimum order quantities?

Our minimum order quantities start at:

  • 12 units for apparel (excluding hats)
  • 18 units for hats
  • 24 units for accessories

If product types are mixed, minimums vary. Please contact our sales team.

While these are our base minimums, some customization methods may not be cost-effective at lower quantities. During consultation, we'll help you select the most efficient customization approach for your order size and budget.

Do you offer samples?

While we don't offer free samples, we can provide:

  • Physical proofs of your customization
  • Pre-production samples

Both are available for a fee to ensure your complete satisfaction before full production begins.

Are there price breaks for larger quantities?

Yes. Volume discounts are available based on order size.

Are there setup fees?

Possibly. For example, embroidery orders under 24 units have a $30 setup fee. Other setup fees may apply depending on your order volume and type of customization.

Can I use this logo?

To protect intellectual property rights, we can only use logos when:

  • You are the legal mark holder, or
  • You have explicit permission from the mark holder

We take trademark protection seriously and require verification of logo usage rights before proceeding with any customization.

Can we make changes after ordering?

Once an order is submitted and approved, it cannot be modified or cancelled. This is why we require all orders to be thoroughly verified and signed off before payment and processing. Take time to review all details carefully before submission.

Can we reorder the same design(s) later?

Yes. Since we keep your designs on file, reordering is simple and straightforward.

Can we setup ongoing programs?

Yes. For organizations with regular ordering needs, we can establish programs that include price locks and standardized ordering agreements with specific terms. This helps streamline the reordering process and provides consistent pricing.

Do different customization methods have different pricing structures?

Yes. Each customization method has its own pricing structure based on complexity, materials, and process requirements. Our sales team will walk you through the options and pricing for your specific needs.

Do you keep our designs on file?

Yes. Once your design is approved and produced, we maintain it in our system for future orders.

Do you require deposits?

All orders must be paid in full before production begins. No exceptions.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is based primarily on quantity. The more units you order, the more economical the cost becomes per piece. This applies to both base products and customization.

How is embroidery priced?

Embroidery pricing is determined by stitch count. The vast majority of basic letter logos fall between 5-8K stitches. Most other designs fall between 11-15K stitches, with some of the most complex designs exceeding 25K stitches. The more stitches, the more time and material costs.

What about numbers?

For Umpire Apparel:

Our signature hand-stitched layered twill numbers start at $7.00 per number, with volume pricing as low as $2.46 per number.

For Other Sports:

Number pricing varies based on the application method selected for your specific sport and requirements. We offer multiple options including heat transfer, DTF, and other applications.

What happens if we need to add to our order?

Additional items will need to be placed as a separate order. However, if your original order is still in production, minimum order quantities will be waived for the additional order.
