Do you own your factories or use third-party manufacturers?

We don't own our factories outright. We partner with third-party manufacturers, but we hold vested interests in several of our main facilities to maintain direct oversight and alignment with our standards.

Are your products ethically made?

Absolutely. All of our facilities are third-party audited on a regular schedule. We have zero tolerance for forced labor, child labor, or exploitation of any kind. Many of our partners are pre-approved suppliers for some of the largest and most demanding sports brands in the world, meaning they already meet extremely rigorous ethical and labor requirements.

What manufacturing capabilities do you have in-house?

We intentionally keep certain capabilities in-house at our Appleton HQ so we can personally handle small runs, custom orders, and anything that benefits from hands-on oversight. That includes full cut & sew for small batches, in-house embroidery/appliqué, thermal transfers, sublimation printing, and all product kitting/assembly.

Everything else is produced by the same high-standard facilities we’ve vetted and partnered with for years. This hybrid approach gives our customers the best of both worlds: artisan-level attention when it matters most, and consistent scale/quality on our mainline products.
