Can I make an exchange and a return on the same order?
Yes. When you initiate your return on the returns portal, you can select return or exchange for each item you need to send back.
I am not able to select the item(s) I wish to return on the online returns portal?
If the items are greyed out or unable to be selected, they are not eligible for a return or an exchange. This may be because the order is outside of our 90 day return policy, or the item is an outlet item that is final sale. It will also be greyed out if you already initiated a return or exchange on the item(s).
I did not receive an email with the return label and packing slip after initiating my return?
If you initiated your return/exchange through our returns portal and did not receive an email with the return shipping label and packing slip, please start by checking your spam or junk folder.
