How do I process a warranty claim if I am outside of the US?
Our warranty program only covers products sold within the United States or Canada. Fill our the warranty form and once completed, our warranty team will contact you as soon as possible regarding your inquiry.
If I have a warranty issue, do I have to send back the original?
Generally, claims approved for warranty coverage will need to be returned. This will be confirmed by the warranty team at the time of your inquiry being reviewed.
I need a quick resolution, is there an expedited option?
If you are in a time crunch and need your resolution quicker, we can attempt to accommodate that. Please fill out the warranty form and then contact our customer experience team for further assistance.
I'm not the original owner, is my item covered?
We only cover the original purchaser. Any item bought second-hand or from a 3rd party is not covered under our warranty policy. If proof of purchase cannot be provided or found, the warranty is void.
I purchased from an authorized dealer, is my item covered?
If your purchased from an authorized dealer with proof of purchase, your item is covered.
My warranty item was a gift, is it covered?
Yes, but when submitting your warranty form you must have the original order number, the full name of the person who purchased it for you or proof of purchase from a authorized dealer.
