How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website or through your preferred dealer. If you need assistance, our customer experience team is here to help via email, SMS, or live chat—just reach out through whichever method works best for you.
Can I use multiple forms of payments on my order?
Orders must be paid with a single credit card, but you can combine Davis gift cards and store credit on the same order—simply apply your gift cards and store credit first, then pay any remaining balance with your credit card.
What is Checkout+?
Checkout+ is an optional upgrade you can add to any order for $3.49.

With Checkout+, you get:

- Free return shipping (normally $8)
- Priority fulfillment processing – your order is guaranteed to ship the same day if placed before 2:00 PM CST

*Priority processing applies only to orders that contain no made-to-order or special-order items.

Checkout+ saves you money on returns and gets your package out the door faster — perfect if you want extra peace of mind.
Can I finance my order?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans through Shop Pay Installments with Affirm, allowing you to buy now and pay over time with multiple payment options. Please note that Affirm handles all approval decisions and payment terms—Davis has no control over what offers you receive or whether you're approved.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), digital wallets (Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay), Davis Gift Cards and Store Credit, plus flexible payment options through Shop Pay Installments with Affirm.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we're unable to guarantee changes once an order is placed since we fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you need to edit or cancel your order, contact our customer experience team immediately—we'll do our best to help, but please reach out as soon as possible for the best chance of making changes.
I'm tax exempt. Can I place an order without being charged sales tax?
To set up tax-exempt purchasing, first create a Davis account, then email your Tax Exemption Certificate to our customer experience team requesting tax-exempt status for your account. Once our finance team approves your certificate, your account will be updated to tax-free status and you'll receive an email confirmation.
Was my order received?
If you reached the thank you page, your order was successfully placed—check your email for an order confirmation. If you haven't received a confirmation email, please contact our customer experience team for assistance.
