The Tango2 Universal pads put every millimeter to work.

Most universal pads stack generic foams without considering how materials interact under impact. The result: inconsistent compression and unpredictable protection when you need reliability most.

The Tango2 Universal pads use impedance-matched dual-layer construction. Medium-firm EVA at the frame interface provides structural stability and initial force spreading. Medium-density VPU at 45 kg/m³ continues deceleration with controlled compression that soft open-cell foams can't achieve. The transition between layers allows smooth force transmission without the jarring spike that occurs when mismatched densities meet.

42mm of purposeful material selection. No wasted cushioning that adds bulk without protection. No hollow padding that fails under impact.

Traditional one-piece construction fits the vast majority of wire-weld frames. An upgrade path from stock padding or replacement for discontinued Team Wendy pads.

Warranty

This product comes with a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials. This includes defects that may not be immediately apparent but become evident through normal use within the warranty period. Manufacturing defects are flaws in construction that cause premature failure during normal use, such as seams splitting, stitching unraveling, or materials failing without excessive stress.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Davis products are designed for everyday performance, provided care instructions are followed carefully. If a manufacturing defect appears within the warranty period, Davis will repair or replace the product at our discretion. For minor defects (such as loose buttons or small repairs), Davis may choose to issue a store credit instead. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, and alterations are not covered under this warranty.
