This warranty applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Davis products are designed for everyday performance, provided care instructions are followed carefully. If a manufacturing defect appears within the warranty period, Davis will repair or replace the product at our discretion. For minor defects (such as loose buttons or small repairs), Davis may choose to issue a store credit instead. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, and alterations are not covered under this warranty.

I have a longer upper torso and most of the Large size shirts come untucked when I raise my arms and I couldn't seem to find a tall Large anywhere, so I was very happy to find this one and now that I have it, I am going to get rid of all of my other ones as I love the fit of the shirt, the breathability, and the fact that it stays tucked in now.
