This warranty applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Davis products are designed for everyday performance, provided care instructions are followed carefully. If a manufacturing defect appears within the warranty period, Davis will repair or replace the product at our discretion. For minor defects (such as loose buttons or small repairs), Davis may choose to issue a store credit instead. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, and alterations are not covered under this warranty.

The closest thing to the "now discontinued" Majestic MLB umpire shirt we all loved!!! This one, the material is the same, but is better from the aspect that the collar stays up and does not wrinkle or drup!!!
