Enjoy being able to get the new style that is used for LLWS.
The first year for these had sizes running true to retail shirt sizing.
These shirts are now running at about similar sizing to other prominent umpire shirt brands, whcih are sized to account for gear.

The sleeves are about 1 inch shorter than I like, otherwise an overall good shirt

The only drawback to these shirts is that they're not worn anywhere I work games other than Little League regional and World Series tournaments. Other than that, they're excellent - better fitting than other brands and made with material that has more give and less bulk than those.

The MX3 is a high-quality shirt. It's breathable, close but not tight fitting in the chest and sleeves, and the shirt tail tucks easily and holds well. Creates a clean, crisp look without restricting movement. As good as and in many ways better than any other I've worn.

This shirt is great! Material is lightweight and breathable and the color combo is perfect. I'm a local Little League UIC and ordered these for each of my umpires

I bought 2 of the sky blue with black side panels and love them. I want to buy 2 of the black and gray shirts but they are out of stock in most sizes. Every time I check the lead time for the shirts keeps going out. The latest is they are scheduled to come in is 4/7/24.

The shirt is very comfortable. It could also be used as a polo shirt when you are not umpiring a game.
I’m not a baseball umpire and I notice that when you do not put a number on the sleeve of the shirt and no logos on the shirt whatsoever, this makes a nice business casual polo shirt .

I was one of the umpires who got these for the WS last year. They are nice looking shirts and durable. Be sure to go one size up for plate. If you normally take an XL in Smitty for plate, consider going to XXL for plate to accommodate chest protector.

I liked the shirt, but they run small compared to all other shirts that fit a little loose. These shirts keep you cool during the hot time of the day. I like these shirts
